Identified
Some crypto deposits and withdrawals are delayed due to an ongoing outage at our wallet provider , a third-party provider we use to screen transfers. This is not an Alpaca system failure, and your funds are safe.
Affected transfers are on hold, not lost, and will be processed in order once screening is restored. No action is needed, and please don't resubmit transfers. Other Alpaca services are not affected.
