Due to a temporary infrastructure issue with the cloud provider used by Alpaca, the paper environment suffered an outage (which resulted in complete unavailability of the paper services) from approximately 2024-07-17 13:08:00 ET to approximately 2024-07-17 13:16:00 ET.
