To support platform reliability and continued improvements, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am EST. This is part of our recurring maintenance window on the second Saturday of each month.

Expected impact
The platform and APIs may be temporarily unavailable during the window.
We expect any interruption to be 10 minutes or less, but you should plan for a possible outage of up to one hour.
You may see failed or delayed requests for trading, account information, or reporting during the interruption.

No action is required from you, but we recommend that you configure your trading systems and workflows to adjust a brief monthly downtime during this window.

We do not anticipate data loss, and our team will be actively monitoring the platform throughout the maintenance. We will post an update once the maintenance has been completed.
